Move and nourish your body well.
People just like you. My classes are fun, affordable, and challenging. What I bring is an infectious motivation to get people moving, breathing, sweating and enjoying exercise. After over 20 years in the health and fitness industry I have literally seen and heard it all. When you strip it all back the thing most important thing is to take action and enjoy what you do. A calm mind, strong body and healthy-habits, are the foundations of a well-balanced, content life.
It’s my ambition to share my enthusiasm, energy and experience with as many people as I can.



YOGA
What can you expect?

Each class targets different parts of your body and is designed around a theme, presenting a unique outcome every time.

30-45 minute classes.

Classes vary in difficulty but are always achievable with modifications for all levels.

All classes will leave you feeling challenged and relaxed.

FITNESS
What can you expect?

Sweat!

30 minute classes.
-
Options to level up or level down the intensity of exercises with modifications.
These are Cardio-Core classes using body weight exercises (and sometimes hand weights) designed to provide functional training for all levels. My classes focus on core conditioning, strength and fitness.

FUSION
What can you expect?

A blend of yoga and fitness.

A tough but restorative workout.

Tight butts, strong core, toned arms.

Think kindness and compassion meets sweat.

20 minute classes.
This is an original class format that combines yoga and fitness in one.
It uses small hand-held weights and mini bands.
